    This document explains the relationship between your Realtor and you as the client. It is agreed that

    I’m disclosing to you I am a limited member owner of Premier Turbo Team Franchise. Premier Turbo Team has an affiliated business arrangement with Turbo Mortgage, a residential mortgage company. .

    You authorize me to furnish this agreement to Turbo Mortgage and you agree to make loan application for pre-approval. You will be contacted by Turbo Mortgage and agree to make loan application(s) at www.turbomortgage.com.

    As a benefit to you, Turbo Mortgage will offer you the company Construction to Perm “One Time Close” loan product selection that includes Conventional, FHA, USDA and VA competitive market loan financing to you for comparison.

    As a benefit to doing business with Turbo Mortgage, you and your agent and the selected manufactured home dealer, will be provided conditional loan approval that your agent will submit with each contract securing your manufactured home and all ancillary services, including land/lot, and all site improvements..
