1. All my knowledge, experience and fiduciary duty will belong to you, the buyer and not the seller. It’s my pledge to you to negotiate on your behalf the best deal as far as price & terms.
2. As my client you will receive updates of listings that fit your buyer profile. This gives you an upper hand by being one of the first to receive new listings. I will work with your schedule to show you properties and make offers on your behalf.
3. There is no charge to you, my client, for my services. All my fees are paid by the seller.

As a benefit to you, Turbo Mortgage will offer competitive market financing to you for comparison. You are under no obligation to do business with Turbo Mortgage or any lender that Turbo Mortgage furnishes you. You may choose any lender of your choice when in your best interest.

As a benefit to doing business with Turbo Mortgage, you and your agent will be provided conditional loan approval in approval letter that your agent will submit with each contract offer to any seller.
